Current Research
Kenzie Snyder graduated with a BA in psychology from Mount Holyoke College. She completed here Ph.D. in the department working in collaboration with Prof. Niall Bolger and Walter Mischel. Her research focuses on stress and support processes in both romantic and parent-adolescent dyads. She is interested in understanding the interplay between self-regulation and support processes during stressful time periods. Specifically, she aims to better understand individual differences in the preference for space (i.e., self-reliance) within close relationships.
