Financial Support

  • All students admitted to the Psychology Department are offered a financial package that supports them from September of their first year through the following five years.
  • In 2022-2023 the stipend is $33,900 for the academic year and $11,420 for the summer of 2023. Additionally, University subsidized housing near the campus is available and tuition and health insurance fees are paid for the five year period.
  • This support package combines Research Assistant positions and Graduate Teaching Fellowship positions.
  • As a Research Assistant, students collaborate on research with a faculty member and graduate teaching responsibilities involve assisting in instruction on one course per year.
