Note from Prof. Hart: The aim of this conference is to offer solutions to stem the tide in drug-related deaths in the U.S. Please note that this will not be the typical insulated boring academic conference put on simply to enhance the profile of the organizers. As such, I have assembled a select group of engaging speakers from around the globe to present various successful strategies employed in their respective countries.
