Professor Valerie Purdie-Greenaway Featured As The Lead Scientist For The Embrace Ambition Summit

Professor Valerie Purdie-Greenaway was featured as the lead scientist for the Embrace Ambition Summit sponsored by the Tory Burch Foundation. It was held at Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center. The goal was to help women overcome "the negative attitudes about ambition in women and [to address] other harmful stereotypes that impact gender, race, and sexuality". Prof. Purdie-Greenaway talked about the science of women in leadership and was accompanied by leaders such as Katie Couric, Debbie Sterling (Founder and CEO of GoldiBlox), and Tory Burch.
