Information for Teaching Assistants
- TA Office and Scantron Schedule
Please verify that your desired time slot is free on the calendars and then submit a request for reservations online.
Scantron use requires training, and it involves booking the room we use for office hours. We can, therefore, only allow faculty and teaching assistants teaching undergraduate students in our department access to the scantron. -

Reserving time in the instructional Labs
Reserving an Instructional Lab (200B or 200C)
Our instructional labs in 200B and 200C are setup to be multipurpose rooms. They are each equipped with 10 iMac computers for users, as well as an iMac connected to a projector that takes several other types of inputs as well for the benefit of the instructor.
Besides being classrooms, they may be used to host seminars, group meetings, TA office hours, study sessions, and other departmental, class, or research related purposes.
Poster printing
HP DesignJet Z6 Wide Format Printer
Located in its own room within 200C, our wide format color printer can produce posters with a height of up to 42 inches (or you can orient the 3.5 foot constraint width wise, if you prefer taller posters).
The poster trimming tool can only accommodate prints up to 50" for the largest dimension. Files larger than this may be resized down, unless the smaller dimension is exactly 42".
Please send print requests to Louis (law2175) and Julienne ([email protected]) or Sam ([email protected]). Preferred formats are PostScript, PDF, PowerPoint, and Keynote files. Adobe Illustrator files should be converted to PDF.
The turnaround time should be same day, but due to the location of the printer in 200C this will depend on the room schedule.
